The Institute of Social Sciences (IDN) is currently conducting research within the project titled “Social Sciences Advancement Initiative” (SSAI).
As part of this project, an extensive survey is being conducted to examine researchers’ experiences with mentorship received during their doctoral studies, as well as at the research institutions where they work, along with their needs for additional training and support in the areas of writing and publishing scientific papers.
The results of this survey will be used to shape specialized courses and mentoring programs that will enable young researchers to enhance their skills and successfully publish in prestigious scientific journals.
All employees in research organizations in Serbia are eligible to complete the survey, and respondents who wish to do so can receive an incentive of 1,000 for completing the survey.
The research is conducted by Marko Galjak from the Center for Demographic Research and Marina Budić from the Center for Philosophy.
The SSAI project is funded by the Ministry of Science, Technological Development, and Innovation of the Republic of Serbia through the Serbia Accelerating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Growth Project (SAIGE).
