The Center for Legal Research of the Institute of Social Sciences organized the first roundtable in the field of medical law titled “CURRENT ISSUES IN MEDICAL LAW – Theory, Practice, and Legislation.”
Numerous issues from this field were discussed, such as screening, euthanasia, transplantation, advance directives, presumed consent, harmful effects on health, data protection in healthcare, and more.
After the presentations of individual topics, there was a discussion and exchange of views on experiences both in the country and abroad.
