Biography

Milica Joković Pantelić is the Research Associate of the Institute of Social Sciences in Belgrade and Deputy Head of the Centre for Political Research and Public Opinion. Between November 2021 and January 2023, she was co-editor of the scientific panel on multiculturalism at the Academic Network for Cooperation in South East Europe. Between 2013 and 2021, she worked at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade, as a teaching assistant and teaching associate in several courses in the field of political and sociological studies (Political Anthropology, Sociology, Media Ethics, Political Power, Institutions and Corruption, and Moral and Politics). At the Faculty of Political Sciences, where she completed her undergraduate, masters and doctoral studies (in 2018 she defended her doctoral dissertation „Influence of Tradition on the Formation of Corruptive Behaviour Pattern in Serbia – Anthropological, Cultural and Political Approach“), she spent six years as the Assistant Coordinator for doctoral studies in Culture and Media. Since 2019, as an expert and lecturer on public service ethics, she is engaged on several projects of the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities – National Association of Local Authorities in Serbia, OSCE Mission to Serbia, and Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. At the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade, she attended the specialist postgraduate knowledge innovation programme Continuing Education Programme in Anti-Corruptive Skills. She interned at the Serbian Anti-Corruption Agency and was part of the project Political Identity of Serbia in the Regional and Global Contexts at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade, organized by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development. She has published a number of papers in journals and collections at national and international levels, and participated in many national and international scientific conferences.
