Meetings to initiate the establishment of a network with the working title Legal implications of introduction of new technologies in the health milieu were held in the period March 23-25, 2023. in Lisbon during the Precision Medicine Conference. Ethical and Legal Issues.
It was agreed that the Institute of Social Sciences, University of Cantabria, Faculty of Law Erasmus University of Rotterdam, Faculty of Law in Maribor, Faculty of Law in Banja Luka will participate in the initial network. This agreement will be formally implemented in in the following period online. The intention is to expand the network to other interested institutes and faculties. Although there is already an informal network of scientific institutions dealing with health law and applies to projects calls in this area, the intention is to formalize the network in this way.
The meetings were attended by Marta Sjeničić, Sanja Stojković Zlatanović and Ranko Sovilj from the Center for Legal Research IDN.
