Biography
The year of receiving the highest degree of professional qualification: МА 2024
Petra Stanojević completed her undergraduate and master’s academic studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. In October 2024, she enrolled in doctoral academic studies at the same faculty under the mentorship of prof. dr Marija Karanikić Mirić, preparing her dissertation in the field of medical law.
She defended her master’s thesis on “The Presumption of Guilt in Medical Law – Theory and Practice”. She won the Prof. Dr. Mirko Vasiljević Foundation Award for the best student paper.
She completed the Knowledge Innovation Studies program “Law of Digital Assets”, organized by the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.
She assisted prof. dr Karanikić Mirić in organizing a general seminar on “The State of Patients’ Rights in Serbia: Common Violations and Protection Mechanisms.” She completed an internship at the law firm “Mijatović & Pavlović” under the mentorship of attorney Marina Mijatović.
She speaks English and German.
