(1922–1997)
Director of the Institute of Social Sciences from 1963 to 1965. He received his PhD from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade and was a professor and Dean of the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, and a member of the Executive Committee of the International Political Sciences Association (IPSA). He was the editor of the NIN information weekly (Nedeljne informativne novine) and of the Socijalizam (Socialism) journal, while he also performed different political roles.
