(1934–2003)
Chairman of the Management Board of the Institute of Social Sciences from 1975 to 1976 and Head of the Centre for Economic Research from 1972 to 1976. He graduated and received his PhD in 1965 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade. He started his academic career in 1962 at the Department for Economy of the ISS, as an assistant. In the ISS, he was elected a research associate and senior research associate. In 1976 he made transfer to the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad, where he was elected assistant professor and full professor of Finances and Financial Law. He also taught at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade and Faculty of Law in Niš.
