(1924–2013)
Chairman of the Management Board of the Institute of Social Sciences from 1976 to 1980. He graduated and received his PhD from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade. He received additional education in London and Brussels. He worked in the ISS for more than 30 years (1958–1989) during which he headed the Department for Political and Legal Sciences from 1965 to 1970, and also the Centre for Legal and Political Research from 1985 to 1989.
