Biography
The year of receiving the highest degree of professional qualification: Master, 2020
Aleksandar Vukadinović was born in 1995 in Belgrade. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade in 2018. At the same faculty in 2018, he enrolled in master’s studies at the Department of Theory of State and Law and Philosophy of Law, where in 2020 he defended his master’s thesis entitled “The Concept of Autonomy of the Will in the Work of Ivan Ilyin”. The specificity of the master’s thesis is reflected in the fact that it represents one of the first papers in Russian philosophy of law to be written and defended at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade.
In parallel with his master’s studies, in the period from 2018 to 2020 he completed his internship at the Higher Court in Belgrade, which is also a formal requirement for taking the bar exam. He passed the bar exam in 2021.
From November 2021 to June 2022, he was employed at the Notary Office of Maja Božanić in Belgrade.
As a scholarship holder of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo), he spent two academic years (2022/2023-2023/2024) in the Russian Federation at the Faculty of Law of St. Petersburg State University and attended postgraduate studies, with a special focus on acquiring knowledge in Russian theory of state and law and philosophy of law.
In 2024, he enrolled in doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, at the Department of Theory of State and Law, Sociology of Law and Philosophy of Law. He speaks Russian and English.
