The ISS realises public procurement procedure in line with the provisions of the Law on Public Procurement (“Official Gazette RS”, no. 91/19), while data concerning these public procurement procedures are published on Public Procurement Portal in line with this law.
However, provisions of the Law stipulate that special acts to regulate public procurement and those procurement procedures that the Law does not apply to, are published by contracting authority on its webpage (Article 49, Paragraph 3), and that the contracting authority publishes its public procurement plan and all its subsequent amendments.
