European Alliance for Social Sciences and Humanities on April 27, 2021 has accepted in full membership Institute of Social Science. EASSH is the largest advocacy and science policy organisation for the social sciences and humanities in Europe. The alliance has over 65 member organisations including a wide range of disciplinary areas, stakeholders and universities from across Europe – and encompassing over 100 000 researchers.
Director Dr. Goran Basic said: We are very proud to be first Research institution in the Western Balkans that joins EASSH. Partnership with EASSH is the step forward in strategic goal of the Institute in terms of the internationalization and collaboration for the scientific community. Institute will continue to work on policy development for enabling environment for research in SSH and one of the first steps will be our contribution to the discussion on European level related to: European Research Area, Horizon Europe and Research Infrastructures.”
