On October 24th 2019, the Forum for Strategic Studies (FORST) hosted Prof. Don Wallace, one of the leading experts in international law and Chairman of the International Law Institute (Washington).
Prof. Wallace delivered a lecture entitled “War and Wealth: International Law and International Politics”. The lecture was followed by an open discussion about the current trends in global geopolitics (the USA, Syria, the Middle East, the EU, the UK, etc). The focus was on the relations between politics and law, and between power and law.
Among the participants were people from academia, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Serbia), the diplomatic corps, and the media.
